By accessing or using Prysm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prysm provides AI-generated daily intelligence briefings for restaurant operators. The Service connects to your POS, scheduling, and reservation systems to synthesize operational data into actionable briefings delivered via email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
Prysm offers subscription plans billed monthly per location. Prices are listed on our website. A 14-day free trial is included. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or connect with Prysm. We claim no ownership of your restaurant data. You grant Prysm a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of generating briefings and improving the Service.
Briefings generated by Prysm are AI-assisted recommendations, not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying and acting on briefing content. Prysm is not liable for business decisions made based on briefing content.
We aim to deliver briefings reliably every day. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or force majeure events may affect delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prysm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
