When you use Prysm, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, restaurant name, location details, and POS/scheduling/reservation data you upload or connect via integrations.
We also automatically collect usage data including briefing open rates, feature usage, and technical information like browser type and IP address.
We use your data to generate daily intelligence briefings, improve our AI models, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Sensitive credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Prysm uses the following third-party services to operate: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic Claude (AI briefing generation), Nango (integration OAuth), and Vercel (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data and restaurant data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for product improvement.
